Payment is unsuccessful or not working properly. Now what?
If you payment method is not working correctly, this can have a few different causes. You can of course try again. If this doesn’t work, try another payment method. Your bank may also be the cause. Contact your bank to verify if there are any limits/malfunctions.

My monitor is not working
The most likely cause to this problem is the use of an incorrect port on the rear side of the PC. We have made a video to clarify how to properly link a monitor to a PC. Watch video If the problem still persists, please contact us.
When is my order going to be delivered?
We expect to need 2 to 3 days to process, build, install and test your gaming PC. However, sometimes hardware defects or other problems occur which can lengthen the time needed to be able to ship a fully stable and optimally performing gaming PC to your doorstep. My PC was damaged during shipping. What to do?
Despite our Arctic SuperSafe packing method, it can occur that your PC is damaged during shipping. There is a form that came with your PC, which tells you what to do.

How do I change/cancel my order?
Changing your order is possible if your system has not been built yet. After it is built, you pay a restocking fee of 15% over the changed component. Canceling is also possible if your system hasn’t been built yet. If this is the case, you pay a 15% restocking fee over the PC.
How long is my repair going to take?
In almost every case we have diagnosed the problem with your PC within the first week. If we need to return something to the manufacturer, the full duration of the process can be up to one month.
